Do you have a client list?
We do not advertise our client list. We will provide references upon request.
How do you translate web pages?
Clients may specify if they wish us to return just the translated text or if they want the original web page translated while maintaining the current layout.
What are your charges?
We are very competitive in our pricing. The cost of a translation depends on many factors, including the amount of formatting required, the urgency and the complexity of the source. Ask for a quote. There is no obligation.
How do you ensure the confidentiality of our documents?
All documents are maintained in a secure environment. If requested, we will securely delete (DoD 5220.22-M) all client files to ensure that no fragment remains on company disks. We will sign non-disclosure agreements if requested.
Do you certify translations for the INS / USCIS?
At a client’s request we will certify and notarize our translations. Our notarised certifications are accepted by the USCIS (formerly INS)
